Job summary

NAPA Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat infants, children, and adolescents with diverse diagnoses affecting speech, language, and feeding. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting families to improve communication and feeding skills.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC credentials, with a minimum of two years in pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Must hold state license and ASHA CCC credentials.
• At least 2 years of pediatric clinical experience.
• DOJ/FBI background clearance and annual TB test.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and feeding-swallowing disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans considering child age and abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Document treatments and progress in Electronic Health Records accurately.
• Engage families and caregivers to implement strategies at home and in school settings.
• Provide input on clinical practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
