Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts speech-language/communication evaluations and develops therapy plans.
• Provides evidence-based therapy and adapts to patient progress
• Incorporates coaching with parents/guardians and coordinates with multidisciplinary team
• Documents care and maintains electronic health records accurately
• Participates in staff orientation and ongoing education
• Performs other duties as assigned to support patient care
