Job summary

NAPA Center seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver assessment and therapy for infants, children, and adolescents with communication and feeding disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based interventions, develop treatment plans, and support families throughout therapy.

Required: Master of Arts in SLP, state licensure, ASHA CCC, and 2+ years pediatric experience; DOJ/FBI clearance may be required; training and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Must have and maintain state license with the appropriate licensing board.
• Must have and maintain ASHA CCC credentials.
• Strong clinical experience with at least 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably pediatric.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment with documentation of speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and feeding-swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and involve patient, family, and caregivers for carryover in home and school settings.
• Maintain impeccable documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
