Job summary

NAPA Center Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and intervene for infants, toddlers, and children with speech, language, feeding, and cognitive-communication needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and schools. Requires state licensure, ASHA CCC, and 2+ years pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Must hold and maintain state licensure and ASHA CCC credentials.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate pediatric experience preferred.
• Background clearance (DOJ/FBI) and TB testing required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, cognitive-communication, and feeding-swallowing disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and document progress in EMR.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide training and strategies for home practice and daily activities.
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain documentation accuracy.
