Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington Speech Language Pathologist License at time of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition and swallowing.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care upon physician referral.
• Implement, reassess treatment results and participate in discharge planning.
• Collaborate within a team including patient and family members.
