Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a speech-language pathologist (SLP) to deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition and swallowing at Swedish First Hill in Seattle. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, implement and reassess progress, and participate in discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.

This part-time role requires a Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology, Washington state licensure upon hire, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise SLP services in communication, cognition and swallowing.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care upon physician referral.
• Implement plans, reassess treatment results, and participate in discharge planning.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including patients and families.
