Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Swedish First Hill in Seattle to deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition and swallowing, under physician referral and within a team-based approach.

The role includes evaluations, developing care plans, reassessing progress, and discharge planning for pediatric adolescents and both inpatients and outpatients, in line with state and professional standards. This is a part-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/language pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington Speech Language Pathologist License required at hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise SLP services within a team-based care model.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize outcomes.
• Reassess treatment results and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide services for pediatric adolescents, inpatients and outpatients as needed.

Education
