Job summary

Providence Swedish in Issaquah, WA seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver and supervise therapy for communication, cognition and swallowing across inpatient and outpatient settings, under physician referrals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/language pathology from an accredited program.
• Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition and swallowing.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care upon physician referral.
• Implement plans of care, reassess treatment results and actively participate in discharge planning.
• Work within a team approach including patient and family across inpatient and outpatient settings.
