• Master's degree in Speech/language pathology from an accredited program.
• Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition and swallowing.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize outcomes.
• Implement plans of care, reassess treatment results and participate in discharge planning.
