Job summary
Performance Pediatrics in Lafayette, NJ seeks a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team. Deliver evidence-based therapy and help children reach their communication goals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates welcome.
- Experience with pediatric populations in clinical or school settings preferred.
- Knowledge of AAC and feeding therapy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy for articulation, language, voice, and feeding.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
