RWJBarnabas Health’s Children’s Specialized Hospital is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver pediatric speech-language pathology services in a collaborative, family-centered setting. You will assess, treat, and support infants to adolescents with communication and swallowing disorders, in partnership with families and an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes development of individualized treatment plans, adherence to evidence-based methods, and participation in department initiatives

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with families and interprofessional teams to promote functional communication and safe swallowing.
• Complete timely documentation meeting regulatory and professional standards.
