Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health’s Children’s Specialized Hospital in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Per Diem Speech Pathologist to join a collaborative pediatric care team. You will provide direct speech-language therapy to infants and children with communication and swallowing disorders, perform evaluations, and contribute to care planning with families and interdisciplinary staff.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, NJ SLP license, ASHA CCC, BLS, and pediatric rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license.
• CCC from ASHA and BLS certification.
• Pediatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and document results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Complete timely documentation meeting regulatory standards.
