RWJBarnabas Health, Children's Specialized Hospital, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver pediatric speech-language pathology services in a collaborative, family-centered setting. You will evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with communication and swallowing disorders, partnering with families and a broader care team to promote functional communication and safe swallowing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA and BLS certification.
• Pediatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work with children and families in interdisciplinary teams.
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document progress and maintain regulatory standards.
