Job summary

Children's Specialized Hospital, part of RWJBarnabas Health, seeks a Speech Pathologist for the Speech Pathology-OP team in Hamilton. You will provide pediatric speech-language therapy, evaluations, and evidence-based treatment plans within a collaborative, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted New Jersey SLP license.
• ASHA CCC certification and BLS Provider Certification.
• Experience in pediatric rehabilitation and knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Document and communicate patient progress in a timely, accurate manner.
