• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care across providers and disciplines within patient networks.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements and maintain documentation.
• Complete chart updates, progress notes, and logs timely.
• Engage with agency staff to ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Comply with all regulations governing home-health pediatric speech-language pathology.
