Job summary

Therapy 2000 in Houston is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver family-centered, home-based therapy across Central Northwest Houston and Inwood. You will evaluate communication needs, plan and implement therapy, and coach caregivers to support progress in everyday settings.

Ideal candidates have a Texas SLP license, 3+ years of pediatric experience, and comfort in a home-health environment; prior feeding therapy credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Texas SLP license.
• Experience in home-health settings; feeding therapy certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly visit targets and complete chart updates and reports.
