Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy in Westchase/Energy Corridor/Briar Forest areas of Houston. Bilingual or feeding experience is preferred. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a pathway to meaningful impact for Texas families.

You will evaluate and treat children, develop family-centered home exercise plans, and collaborate with a team of clinicians. Travel between patient visits is required.

Qualifications

• Current active Texas SLP license.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Bilingual or feeding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers in the patient’s network.
• Meet weekly visit quotas and complete documentation on time.
• Adhere to agency policies and regulatory guidelines.
