Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes. You will evaluate, plan, and conduct sessions while guiding caregivers and reinforcing home programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Pediatric and home health experience are preferred to support our CARE culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with attention to receptive and expressive language, speech fluency, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
