GREEN APPLE LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in the Hurst/Euless/Bedford area through a home-based model within the DFW division. This full-time role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration to deliver high-quality care.

The position requires Texas licensure, reliability, and flexibility to adapt to patient needs, with opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
• An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Maintain timely chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure quality patient care in compliance with laws and guidelines.
