Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to serve families in the Hurst/Euless/Bedford area. This full-time, home-based role involves performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and creating home exercise programs in partnership with families.

You will collaborate with a patient’s medical team and meet weekly visit requirements. Texas license required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Innovative, reliable and flexible in shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients' medical teams to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements and complete chart updates.
• Adhere to agency policies and applicable laws for pediatric home health.
