GREEN APPLE LLC is seeking a Part-time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our DFW division in Haslet, Texas. This role includes performing Speech Therapy evaluations and developing treatment plans for pediatric patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a current license to practice in Texas and must exhibit flexibility and reliability. Benefits include paid time off and access to medical, dental, vision insurance, among others.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current/active license in Texas.
• Demonstrated reliability in previous roles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with various healthcare providers.
• Complete required patient visits on a weekly basis.
• Ensure all paperwork and summations are completed timely.
• Maintain communication with agency personnel regarding patient care standards.
• Follow agency policies and federal/state laws.
