Job summary

GREEN APPLE LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for the Burleson/Joshua/Cleburne area. This home-based role is part-time and requires Texas licensure. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy, and partner with families to develop home programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage patient visits, and ensure timely documentation while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
• An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care within patients’ medical neighborhoods and other providers.
• Meet required weekly patient visit minimums.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs and other paperwork on time.
• Comply with agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
