Job summary

GREEN APPLE LLC in Denton, TX is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in Denton, Krum and Ponder. This pediatric position is home-based within our DFW division.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, create home exercise programs with caregivers, and coordinate with other providers to ensure high‑quality, compliant care. A TX license is required and earlier pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TX SLP license.
• Experience with pediatric populations.
• Ability to use standard workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Maintain patient charts and complete documentation on time.
• Adhere to agency policies and laws.
