Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric home-health team in Round Rock, TX. You will evaluate, treat, and support children in their homes, coordinating with caregivers and medical providers to ensure top-quality care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing education, and adherence to clinical guidelines, with travel between patient visits and mileage reimbursement. A flexible, mission-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative, reliable and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Engage with agency personnel to align on expectations and quality standards.
• Comply with agency policies, codes of ethics, and relevant laws.
