BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Oversees the care provided by therapy aides, according to regulations and practice standards.
Maintains productivity standards through time management and clinical efficiency.
Serves as a Clinical instructor and supports professional development.
Adapts to changes in patient census and may assist in other centers as needed.
Prioritizes employee and patient safety in daily activities.
