Language Link Therapy, INC. is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team in Ocala, FL. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule with 2–3 days per week and no evenings or weekends.

You will provide individualized therapy to pediatric clients, develop treatment plans, and complete evaluations with thorough documentation. Collaboration with families and school teams is essential to support each child's goals.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Florida SLP license current and valid.
• Experience working with pediatric clients.
• Experience with autism and developmental delays preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Complete evaluations, progress updates, and required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other care team members.
• Provide caregiver education and strategies to carry over goals at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with requirements.
