Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• SLP license or provisional/temporary eligibility in Florida required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees therapy aides and maintains care standards.
• Maintains productivity and adjusts hours for patient needs.
• Documents accurately using CPT codes and EMR systems.
• Supports professional development and safety initiatives.
