Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or pro tem/prov. status.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversees care provided by therapy aides under standards.
• Develops and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Documents progress accurately in EMR per CPT and guidelines.
• Discharges patients when maximum benefit is reached or per payer rules.
• Maintains safety, participates in quality initiatives and education.
