The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP licensure (or provisional options), and a strong clinical knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• SLP licensure or eligibility: SLP required; provisional/temporary options may apply.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care provided by therapy aides and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain productivity and adjust hours to meet patient needs.
• Document assessments, plans, and CPT/insurance details accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate professional development and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient and caregiver education and contribute to community outreach.
