Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide families to promote communication skills in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech-language therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Perform evaluations and direct caregiver training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and patient records.
• Refer to appropriate services and collaborate with physicians.
• Support quality assurance and continuing education activities.
• Maintain caseload and productive scheduling.
• Mentor students and new hires.
