PediaStaff is partnering with a pediatric therapy provider in Crestwood, KY to add a Speech-Language Pathologist to their outpatient clinic team. The role supports children 0–18 with diverse speech, language, and feeding needs in a clinician-led, mentorship-focused environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. The team emphasizes family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, clinician-run organization.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license or in the process of licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children 0–18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.

Position Details

Pediatric outpatient clinic setting Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Typical schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options, including later hours and Saturdays

What You'll Do

The primary responsibility of the Speech-Language Pathologist is to evaluate and provide treatment for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain professional and technical competencies while adhering to all state licensure, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
