Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers, and families in California. The role supports children from birth to three in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a monthly tech stipend, and medical benefits for part-time employees within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and transfer progress to daily life.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment—home, daycare, or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
