The successful candidate will have an active Texas SLP license, 3+ years of pediatric experience, and the ability to coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and caregivers.

Formación

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with care teams across providers.
• Meet required patient visits and complete charting and paperwork.
