Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Westminster, CO seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to support children ages 2–6 within an interdisciplinary early intervention model using ESDM.

You will assess, plan, and deliver pediatric speech therapy, implement AAC strategies, and coordinate with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and families to embed communication goals into daily routines.

The role offers flexible 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, competitive base pay ($86,000–$103,500) plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required unless applying for a Clinical Fellowship.
• Current license to practice speech language pathology.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy for children ages 2–6 in an early intervention setting.
• Develop and implement AAC strategies and devices when appropriate.
• Coordinate with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
