Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children ages 2–6 within an interdisciplinary early intervention model incorporating ESDM. You will assess needs, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver pediatric speech therapy with AAC strategies when appropriate.

The role offers base pay of $86,000–$103,500 with annual bonus potential up to $3,800 and opportunities for additional certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or CF position.
• Current license to practice speech language pathology.
• Experience working with children preferred; AAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for children 2–6.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy in an early intervention setting.
• Develop AAC strategies and use devices when appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment plans with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Integrate communication goals into Soar’s ESDM-informed approach to early intervention.
• Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies.
• Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians to reinforce goals.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and clinical judgment.
