Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric team. You will assess communication needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy for children ages 2–6 within an Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) informed framework.

The role offers 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, with annual bonus potential up to $3,800, and additional opportunities for clinical certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligibility (clinical fellow position acceptable).
• Current licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
• Experience with children preferred.
• AAC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy for children ages 2–6 in an early intervention setting.
• Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC strategies and devices when appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment plans with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and strategies for use outside therapy.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and evolving needs.
