Overview

Location: Pennsylvania

As an Early Intervention clinician, you will have the chance to work directly with children from birth to age three. Teammates provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are coached through plans based on daily routines. Services are provided in the child’s natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. Teammates collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals while following an individualized Family Service Plan. Ivy Rehab’s environment supports multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and growth tailored to each clinician’s passions and expertise.

Position Summary

As an Early Intervention therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families. Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower parents to provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve goals. Services are provided in the child’s natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per-visit position (5–19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part-time or potentially full-time depending on need and flexibility.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state
• All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing)
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence
