One Therapy Network is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF for our outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to children’s communication growth and family engagement in a bilingual Spanish-English environment.

You’ll conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, document in an EMR, and collaborate with OTs and PTs. SLPs supervise SLPA/CF candidates. We offer competitive pay, PTO, licensure assistance, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Oklahoma SLP license or CF eligibility.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services in an EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and CF candidates as appropriate.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
