THERAPITAS in Oklahoma City seeks a licensed or CF-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient team. This bilingual role focuses on Spanish-speaking families and multidisciplinary collaboration for child-focused therapy.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program (or student/CF indicate).
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license eligibility or current licensure.
• Interest or experience in pediatrics and working with multilingual families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services using EMR to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPAs, and other team members for comprehensive care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and CFs as appropriate.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
