Job summary

Therapitas in Oklahoma City is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient clinic. You will evaluate children, create individualized plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and support staff.

The role offers a bilingual Spanish-English environment, opportunities for growth, ongoing mentorship, and a commitment to high-quality therapy for Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• SLP: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or expected).
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics and helping children thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team orientation.
• Spanish-English bilingual SLPs/SLPAs may receive a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and CFs depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).

Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.

Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
