Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Roseville, MI is expanding its multidisciplinary team and seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing practice. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans to improve language, articulation, and swallowing, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification or CF eligibility and Michigan state license preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric multidisciplinary settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize play-based, culturally responsive interventions.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers, teaching home-based techniques.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor therapy.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.

In pediatric private practice we can recommend seeing patients up to 5 times per weekindividuallyand cantreatacross the full scope of our discipline!

Your Impact

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improvereceptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize play-based andculturally responsiveinterventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers,equipping them with home-based techniquesfor continued progress.
  • Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and documentationasrequired.
  • Participate inclinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR
  • State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Active & Engaged Work– Kneeling,bendingand playing at ground level.
  • Hands-On Support– Lifting up to50+lbsmay berequired.
  • Quick Reflexes– Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
  • Loud or Noisy Environments– Working with active children in dynamic settings.
  • Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids– Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Status

  • Full-time

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, typically 9am-6pm
  • No nights or weekends

Compensation

  • After applying, a member of our recruiting team will call to review the pay range and opportunities for additional compensation through productivity bonuses. Compensation varies based on each clinician’s unique skills and experience.
  • Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
