Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Saline, MI is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team and help us reveal the super in every child.

We offer a salaried position with paid holidays, CEU budget from day one, all therapy materials and supplies provided, and 12 hours per week of documentation time. Our clinic emphasizes full-scope pediatric therapy across ABA, OT, PT, and feeding within one center.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility is required or preferred.
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for language, articulation, and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based, culturally responsive interventions to engage children and improve communication.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce progress at home.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor therapy approaches for each child.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Your Impact

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHSPediatric Therapy, you will:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improvereceptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.

• Utilize play-based andculturally responsiveinterventions to engage children and foster communication skills.

• Collaborate with families and caregivers,equipping them with home-based techniquesfor continued progress.

• Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.

• Maintaindetailed clinical records and documentationasrequired.

• Participate inclinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR

• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Active & Engaged Work– Kneeling,bendingand playing at ground level.

• Hands-On Support– Lifting up to50+lbsmay berequired.

• Quick Reflexes– Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.

• Loud or Noisy Environments– Working with active children in dynamic settings.

• Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids– Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

• Monday–Friday, typically 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm

• No nights or weekends

Compensation

• After applying, a member of our recruiting team will call to review the pay range and opportunities for additional compensation through productivity bonuses. Compensation varies based on each clinician’s unique skills and experience.

• Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
