Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with OP feeding expertise to join our new pediatric feeding team in Kennebunk. You will work with our most fragile pediatric patients in partnership with a growing multidisciplinary Complex Care program.

The ideal candidate can work independently in our Kennebunk clinic with MMC support and enjoys the challenge of building this new service and advancing pediatric feeding care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or compliant with the state practice act; BLS certification required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services for pediatric feeding in the Kennebunk clinic.
• Collaborate with the MMC multidisciplinary Complex Care team.
• Help build and develop the new pediatric feeding service within the team.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred. Positions in Home Care will require current valid Driver's License with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.
