Job summary

Atascocita Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will prepare patients, assist with treatment, manage instruments, and maintain a clean, antiseptic operatory while helping keep the schedule on track.

You will work with specialty teams when needed, travel to multiple offices if required, and participate in team huddles.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED.
• Certificate and/or licensure as dental assistant per state.
• Specialty dental assistants must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must travel to multiple offices as needed.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per state dental auxiliaries guidelines.
• Assist clinicians and prepare patients for treatment.
• Maintain sterilization and operatory cleanliness.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed.
• Prepare tray setups and manage supplies.
• Record charting and patient health history.
• Support PPE and patient comfort during visits.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
