Job summary

Firewheel Modern Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will assist with preparing patients for examination, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining sterile operatory conditions across multiple offices as needed.

Responsibilities include radiographs, charting, and aiding in treatment delivery under clinician direction. Travel between offices may be required, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state-required training/certifications.
• State licensing/registration as mandated by the state.
• Reliable transportation to travel between offices; driver's license preferred or acceptable alternative transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentist to enable efficient, quality care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatory per infection control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment.
• Record patient charting and clinician notes in the digital system.
• Support PPE process to gain Patients for Life and promote apprehension-free visits.
