THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CCC/CFY) for home-based services across TX. You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients, develop home exercise programs, and coordinate care with families and medical teams.

This role emphasizes feeding therapy expertise and flexible, patient-centered care. Qualified candidates hold an active Texas SLP license, have 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience, and can work in home-health settings with a collaborative spirit and ongoing

Formación

• Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Demonstrated reliability and innovative spirit.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
• Minimum 3+ years as a pediatric SLP; home-health experience.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with care teams across providers and disciplines.
• Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain accurate charting.
