MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, evaluating and treating speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs. The role supports a flexible schedule with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, backed by mentorship and clinical supervision.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas licensure or eligibility, with pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Texas SLP license or eligible to obtain licensure by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide services addressing communication, articulation, language, feeding, and swallowing.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support growth.
• Educate families on strategies to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
