Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas to evaluate children, develop individualized plans, and provide therapy addressing communication, articulation, and feeding needs.

You will educate families, collaborate with a interdisciplinary team, and document progress. We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), sign-on bonus, PTO, health benefits, and a mentor program for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs
• Provide speech therapy services addressing communication, articulation, language development, feeding, and swallowing skills
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued growth
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to promote carryover at home
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
