Job summary

Therapy 2000 seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to serve children in a home-based setting across Texas. You will evaluate needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a care team to support each child’s growth in their own environment.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Home-health experience preferred.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete required patient visits weekly.
