Qualifications
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
- 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
- Experience in home-health settings preferred.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
- Coordinate care with other providers across the medical neighborhood.
- Complete required patient visit documentation and chart updates.
- Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and regulatory guidelines.
